What type of events do you plan?
We plan a wide range of events including birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, and graduation parties.

How do I book for event planning and decor services?
To book our event planning and decor services, please reach out to us by phone or by completing the Contact form. We will arrange a free telephone consultation to discuss your event details, after which we will send you an invoice outlining all the specifics.

What is your pricing like?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of event, services required, and other factors. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What is the deposit?
Party Favors - We do not accept deposits for party favor orders; full payment is required before production begins.

Event Planning & Decor - A 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event date.

How can I cancel/return my event/order?
Party Favors - Unfortunately, once production of custom party favors has started, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds. Production usually begins within 24 hours of booking and confirming all details to ensure prompt processing and shipping.

Event Planning & Decor - The retainer fee is refundable if you cancel within 24 hours. After this period, we will deduct the cost of any purchased merchandise or supplies from the retainer fee or payments made.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/Debit Cards, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay
